These terms of service (“Terms”) set out the basis on which you are allowed to access and use the RTG Games, which can be accessed via our website at rockthegoat.co (the “Website”) (together the “Service”). Please note that in addition to these Terms each game within the RTG Games has its own game rules explaining how each game operates (“Game Rules”).
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with (a) the Game Rules and (b) our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms then you should not open an account with us or use any of our Services.
We may amend the Service or make changes to these Terms from time to time, including to ensure compliance with applicable law. Material changes will be notified to you via email or via the Website. You should pay particular attention to the latest Game Rules made available on the Website.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
By opening an account with Network Gaming (an “Account”) and/or using our Service, you confirm and agree that:
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To open an Account, you will need to provide us with certain personal information when signing up, including your name, email address, postal address, and date of birth.
We will need to verify your personal information before you are able to place bets on your Account. We may use third-party agencies (such as GBG and AgeChecked) to assist us in verifying your personal information.
If we are unable to verify your details with our third-party agencies then we will ask you to submit proof of your age, identity and address. A valid driving licence with current address should be sufficient for verifying age, identify and address. However, if you have no valid driving licence, then the following documents are acceptable forms of verification:
You warrant that the personal details you provide to us on opening your Account are accurate, complete and correct. If you do not provide us with accurate details then your Account may be suspended and all bets (and any resulting winnings) may be voided.
Please inform us as soon as possible if any of your personal details change. You may be asked to provide documents confirming any change and your Account may be suspended whilst we verify your new information.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we process the personal data we collect about you.
It is strictly forbidden to have more than one Account. If we identify two or more accounts are held by the same person, then the Account most recently registered will be closed. We reserve the right to withhold any winnings that have been obtained through any duplicate Account(s).
Employees of Network Gaming, and their family and friends, are permitted to open an account and to use the Service.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
Your username and password must be kept confidential by you. We reserve the right to regard as valid all bets registered to or placed from your Account.
We will not be liable to you for any loss that you may incur as a result of an unauthorised person accessing your Account, whether fraudulent or otherwise.
Please use the Forgotten Password option if you have lost or forgotten your Account details.
FUNDING YOUR ACCOUNT / FEES
You can fund your Account using a valid debit card registered to your name and address. Payments to your Account must be made in GBP. The minimum deposit into your Account is £5. This is to ensure we comply with our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Obligations, whereby any withdrawal of funds by a client account MUST take place by the same bank account in which your gaming account was funded.
If you use a payment method where you are not the Account holder then we may void your bets and any winnings arising from your stake, pending the satisfactory completion of all relevant checks.
We reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to decline the whole or part of your deposit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account before you commit to depositing into your Account.
Network Gaming uses third-party electronic payment processors to process all financial transactions and you hereby consent to our third-party electronic payment processors handling your transactions.
In order to enter RTG Games, you will need to pay an entry fee as set out in the Game Rules.
We hold customer funds in a third-party merchant bank separate from our business account; and arrangements have been made to ensure assets in the customer accounts are distributed to customers in the event of insolvency. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: medium protection.
You agree not to charge-back, reverse or otherwise cancel any transactions used to deposit funds into your Account, pay entry fees or place bets from your account. If you attempt to chargeback any such funds, you will be in breach of these Terms and you will be eliminated from RTG Games. We reserve the right to suspend your Account in these circumstances.
When you make a deposit, some banks may charge a fee on your transaction. This is your responsibility. When you make withdrawals using a UK debit or via bank transfer to a UK bank account, we will absorb any charges so that such withdrawals are free of charge for you.
If you want to withdraw £5,000 or more it is likely that such a withdrawal can only be made to your bank account. In this case we will need to request proof of your bank account to support the transaction.
If you make repeated deposits and withdrawals but do not engage in what we deem to be a reasonable level of betting, we reserve the right to charge any associated bank charges to you by debiting your Account. We will provide you with advance notice that it is our intention to apply such debits to your Account should the behaviour on the Account continue as described.
You are responsible for any taxation which may apply to your betting activity on our Service.
If our regulatory obligations require us to perform any further due diligence checks on you based on your betting activity, you agree to cooperate with any due diligence requests by providing requested information promptly.
If we suspect that multiple entry fees paid across separate Accounts have in fact been paid by the same individual (or syndicate of individuals), then we reserve the right to make all entry fees void across all affected Accounts and withhold the payment of any winnings pending the outcome of our investigation into the matter.
COMMISSION
Network Gaming deducts a commission from each entry fee (“Commission”). Please see Game Rules for details on how much Commission is charged on each RTG Game.
PRIZES
Prize money will be paid out to the game winner(s) as set out in the Game Rules.
The prize money payable to game winner(s) will depend on the overall prize pot, calculated based on the amount of entry fees received by us and at all times subject to our right to deduct our Commission.
Prize money will be paid to the winner(s) Account or, in limited circumstances, via direct bank transfer.
If any player is removed from the Game (e.g. if you are found to be under 18) or any player initiates a charge-back, reversal or otherwise cancels their payment of their entry fees then the total prize pot will be reduced by the amount of that player’s entry fee. We will not charge our administration fee on any entry fees that have been removed from the prize pot.
POOLED LIQUIDITY
Network Gaming games are played by customers across multiple partners, with the Prize Pool of each game being made up of the sum of the entry fees of all customers using the Service across all partners (minus the Commission as stated in the respective Game Rules).
ERRORS
We make every effort to ensure that no errors are made in the administration of the Service. However, human and/or system errors may occasionally occur. Errors may include where we incorrectly calculate winnings, where we make incorrect payments to game winner(s) or where we continue to accept entry fees after the relevant RTG Game has finished.
Where an error occurs, we will take appropriate action, which may include contacting you, (where time allows) and providing you with an option to cancel your entry, voiding entry fees or voiding game week team picks.
You must notify us if any sum is incorrectly credited to your Account. If any monies are incorrectly credited to your Account by us (an “Incorrect Payment”), we reserve the right to reverse or seek to recover such Incorrect Payment from you. If you use the Incorrect Payment to place further entry fees on the Service, then those bets placed and any winnings will be void. If we have paid out on any such bets, such amounts shall be deemed to be held by you on trust for us and shall be repaid to us without undue delay when a demand for payment is made by us to you.
As soon as you suspect or become aware of an error you must immediately cease all activity on the Service and inform us as soon as reasonably practicable of any such error or suspected error.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS
It is illegal for anyone under 18 to use the Service. If we discover that you are under 18 at any time then all entry fees and bets placed from your Account will be made void and your Account will be terminated. Your stakes will be returned to you but you will not be entitled to any winnings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time should you breach these Terms or the Game Rules.
If we suspect that you have cheated, acted fraudulently or where there is a reasonable suspicion around the integrity of your behaviour, we may suspend your Account and withhold any winnings pending the outcome of our investigation.
If no entry fees or bets have been placed from your Account for a period of 12 months, we will consider your account an “inactive account”. We may contact you to check if you wish to keep your Account open. If we have not heard from you for a further 30 days, we reserve the right to terminate your Account.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
Gambling can be addictive. Please familiarise yourself with our ‘Responsible Gambling’ page (“Responsible Gambling”) which can be accessed via the Website.
We offer the following functionalities on the Service to help you gamble safely:
Time-Out: If you feel the need to take a short break from gambling, we offer the ability to ‘time out’ by emailing support@networkgaming.co.uk stating you wish to have some time out. This enables you to temporarily suspend your Account for a 24hr, 48hr, 7 day, 30 day or 6 week period. During this time you will be unable to access your Account to place bets or otherwise use the Service. At the end of your selected time period your Account will be reopened.
Self-exclusion: If you feel the need to take an extended or permanent break from gambling, we offer the ability to ‘self-exclude’ by emailing support@networkgaming.co.uk stating you wish to self-exclude. Self-exclusion will lead to your Account being suspended with us and we will take reasonable steps to prevent you re-opening your Account or opening a new Account in future. However, we shall not be liable if you circumvent our self-exclusion procedures and continue to use our Service or if you continue to gamble with any third party.
Self-excluding via GamStop will trigger the following steps:
Any funds held in your Account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned via bank transfer within 10 working days.
Following self-exclusion, your unsettled bets will be cancelled (only if applicable). We will return these funds to you to the same bank account in which your gaming account was funded within 10 working days.
Scenarios include:
If you wish to gamble again after any self-exclusion period has ended, you must contact support@networkgaming.co.uk to request this. You will then be provided with a 24 hour cooling off period before you will be able to access your Account.

Failure by us to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations or to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by us of any provision shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of that provision.
Each of the provisions of these Terms operates separately. If any provision (or part of a provision) of these Terms is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or difference of any kind arising between us in connection with or arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Please note that this page may be updated from time to time (for example, because of legal and regulatory changes, security reasons and changes to our Services).
We will inform you of any amendments, updates, modifications or changes by publishing a new version of our Terms on the relevant page, or by notifying you by email.
Any new version of the Terms will take effect 7 days after its publication on the relevant Site (or earlier if required by any law or regulation). Your continued use of the Services or the Software after this period will be taken as your consent to the new version of the Terms.
